Rethinking Sustainment: Immersion as a Learning Tool

Sustainment has long been a focus for professionals in leadership development. After all, we want to ensure that the time and energy we’ve invested in development actually lasts. Unfortunately, data shows that current success rates for sustainment efforts are quite low as leaders struggle to apply and maintain learning over the long term.
